These Connectors were the for-runners before pattern 602 series they are intermateable with pattern 602 and MIL-DTL-26482 connectors however they do not have have the same rear accessory thread sizes and dont use the same contact, Bayonet Locking, Jam nut receptacle, Aluminum shell, Olive drab finish, Shell size 18, Insert arrangement 18-32 (32x Size 20 Contacts (20-24 AWG)), Rear Release Crimp, Female (Socket) without contacts, Polarization Normal. Intermateable with Pattern 602,MIl-DTL-26482
